Ricordias and GSP on the same rock?

So I have this rock in my aquarium that I think would look really good if it.had a bunch of ricordia mushrooms on it. However, I also have my GSP colony growing on the same rock. If I put ricordias on this rock, do you think the GSP would eventually spread over them?

Yup. The GSP will win. That stuff is very invasive.

Maybe not spread over them - but prevent the rics from splitting and reproducing in the same area and eventually choking them out.

I'm thinking of gluing GSP to the bottom of my barebottom tank and letting it spread like grass. I think it would look pretty cool. :D

I have ricordea yuma and some type of gsp and the ricordea have done better as they compete for space on the rock.

Oh yeah.  I love the way the GSP looks in my tank but it is like a weed.
