Snail eggs?

Noticed these about a month ago. Small white hard dots. I have many different types of snails

I'd guess the Spirorbidae first unless you can get a clearer picture.

If snail eggs do not look coiled then they are definitely the worms. Good.or bad? How to.get rid of then?

You can scrape them off the glass if you want.  They tend to disappear on their own though.
