My biocube has a main light that if I turn on the fan will come on and one of my clownfish swims perfectly but the other one has a lot of trouble catching up with him and then falls behind. I turned off the main light and put on the blue light and he is swimming fine now so what do you recommend?

As long as it doesn't toss him to the other side of the tank, but just make him work to catch up with his buddy is not a problem, he will eventually stop falling behind.
Don't worry...the extra work to swim will make him strong, it's good for him, he will adjust. In the ocean they have to fight the waves...in our tanks it's the Power heads and fans....
ok thx :)
