So, now that the NFL season is over, who is gone, coaching wise?

the fan had jerry jones on this morning.the man has no clue.he said ryan is as good a defense coach as wade?didnt wade have the best defense this year?jerry used the word disappointed around 10 times.he was also asked again about hiring a gm.jerry did a long round about no answer.stopped short of saying my ego is too big to give power away.the man is a joke.he really summed it up to say nothing is wrong we just have to learn.?

ryan is.......the problem in dallas is the same problem for the last two years. no defensive backfield...not romo...not the running game (anymore)..maybe more depth at o line. but the dallas dbacks need an overhaul. jenkins might be decent...but newman has to go.

Really surprised Norv and AJ held on in S.D. Charger fans are pretty upset, that team should be a lot better. 

 

I sure as hell hope Russ Grim gets fired here in AZ, our O-line is terrible, it got slightly better as the year went on, but Kolb was scared to death the first part of the year, and he is taking the blame for the horrible start.  Certainly be a QB battle for next year with Kolb and Skelton, one good thing about Coach Whiz, he won't care how much they are paying Kolb, he will start the best guy.

They could still get Norv.... 

 

This is what I think about Dallas.  Wade, NEVER had any say over the offense...  Jason was Jerry's guy, and was hired before wade.  The 'boy's offense was good, one season, when they were 13-3...  The next year, and EVERY year after that, they've underperformed...  Wade's defense, was good, until after that little missed block last season.  Wade's defense over-performed year in and out...  While Garrett's offense struggled to score points while racking up record breaking yardage, and record foul start penalties...   But I digress,  Rex isn't the huge issue, you can't have an AWESOME defense without great personnel.  And well there are 3 good players on defense...  Rex's defense just kinda did ok....

This is what I think about Dallas.....The only NFC team with fewer playoff wins the last 15 years is Detroit.  As long as JJ is your GM, they will be mediocre.  If it weren't for the Hershall Walker trade, they wouldn't have had all those great teams in the 90's.

 

JJ's ego is in the way of Dallas being good....Period.

well, realistically, I think parcells was his only good choice...Since then...  It has taken Garrett (Jerry's stooge) 4 years to dismantle what Parcells built....  Football aside, I kinda like Jerry.  His story of how he bought the Boys and made his wealth is pretty cool.  But his football GM skills suffer...

 

On a side note, you don't have an golf pro friends in Corpus do you?

I told everybody that would listen the Cowboys were a Superbowl threat this year....They made me look bad!!

 

I don't know any Golf Professionals in the great state of Texas anymore I'm afraid.

Really?  ouch, I told everyone that they wouldn't.  And that the Texan's would go further this season than they would...  When only Romo, and the offensive line know hwere to line up 3 games straight, things are going to be difficult...

 

Heck, I was kinda proud of myself, I told my brother and a couple friends the Cowboys would be lucky to score 14 and were going to get beat by 3 possessions, and sure enough, it was 31-14 bad guys...

I'm really fairly disinterested  in the AFC games, they just don't appeal to me....The NFC games are great though, 4 good offensive teams.

I totally agree, we are upset!!!! You have no idea. Why for the love of football would the chargers get rid of Marti, then Drew.  WTH??

We got Phyllip, okay we can deal but realistically, no majic, nothing like Marti ball when we played good smart football and won from teamwork and great plays and players, then comes Norv. Really?

Norv needs to go. (slacker)

Lets see here the Bears have Fired the GM let Mike Martz Go looks like Lovie will Survive yet again.  However you can not blame him for 2 Key Injuries we lost both our Starting QB and our BEST Offense Weapon in 2 weeks to Injury with Forte hurting his Knee.  At Least Fortes Knee will not require Surgry there.  Now we are looking for a Great GM one that will get more than COwgirl REJECTS as Angelo LOVED.  So we should have a fun Offseason this year. 

 

The Team I am going to love to Watch in this Years Playoffs is the Saints they are playing like the team of 2009 and we all know what they did that year WON IT ALL.
