Feeding Anemone's

Hello everyone, I would like some guidance on feeding bubble tip Anemone's I have two about 4" across and I do not want to over or under feed. Also what is the best thing to give them? I bought a pack of frozen "Silver sides" Little silver fish 1" long. I have not given any to them yet.  Also, if they do not like where they are placed, will they move themselves, or do they need help? Thanks for your advice.

I have not given any to them yet.  Also, if they do not like where they are placed, will they move themselves, or do they need help no help required they move just fine on there own? Thanks for your advice. When I had mine I feed him once a week or so (wait till you see him poo b4 giving him more, it will come out the same spot it went in) as for size I made it half the size of him in its shrunken stage. You can feed it anything you feed your fish from squid to mysis shrimp, variety is always best.

Hi.. I'd like to expound on Limpids answer with a few more questions...

do you have clowns being hosted in these anemones? if the clowns have taken to them they sometimes feed the anemones, mine did...

also what size tank do you have? When was it set up? and What kind of lighting are you using?
