14 gal biocube

Hello all,

I bought a 14 gal Oceanic biocube, I've got it running now with live rock, red leg crabs, and turbo snails. I bought the tank used, and the guy I bought it from has been a real help.

It's been running for 8 days now, and the guy at Jungel Jim's  in La Marque TX has been a big help, I live in San Leon half a block off the bay.

This is my first saltwater tank, and I guess I should get to my question.

I know the tank has a sump, with a view window, but how do I regulate the amount of water in there? The more water I put in the tank, the higher it goes.

It also has a protein skimmer.

Thank's for the help,

Mike

There should be a hole in you supply line to prevent this.

It also has a protein skimmer. That is good.

Just a comment, your tank is only 9 days old, to early for adding inverts. Also what did you do to start cycle?

Thanks for the reply.

The tank was already running when I bought it, I took water and everything. It is a year old or so.

Thanks again
