CLEANER SHRIMP DEAD?!?!!?!?

I have a biocube 29 and in it there is 2 clownfish, 1 peppermint shrimp 4 crabs 5 snails and 4 hermit crabs. I went to petco yesterday and noticed they had a healthy looking cleaner shrimp. I was so exited I got it because I have wanted one and they finally had one. When I got home I went to acclimate him but he quickly dashed out of the bag and so then the rest of the day he was just sitting there in the back of the rocks. I was looking for him today because I heard that there supposed to be very hyper and in the front of the tank cleaning fish most of the time but instead he was laying in the back dead :( my peppermint shrimp is fine so what do you think could of happened?

Probably lack of acclimation....shrimp are very sensitive to sudden changes

Check to make sure it's not just a molt.

Sounds like it could be osmotic shock.  What was the difference in salinity between the water in the bag and the water in your tank?
