Constipated Trigger

Okay so i posted a few days ago about my trigger's not acting right....by doing some other research it is saying that he could be constipated...he is extremely bloated and cannot control his swimming. He is about 3 years old.  He was eating fine fore a while and has not eaten in about a week and a half. The water quality is doing just fine and all of the other fish are doing well and eating.  How can I fix this? I read that using epsom salt in quarintine for 15-20 minutes will help relieve the fish.  Any other suggestions? Thanks

If the fish is impacted (as in sand/rock stuck in its GI tract), the epsom salts will likely not help but it's worth a try.  If you can get ahold of some Acetazolamide (Diamox), that an even better med to use for bloating.
