How do I dip and acclimate new coral?

I just bought 4 tiny $10 frags (2 Kenya Tree, 1 Mushroom, 1 Candy Cane). I have Coral Rx dip and Flatworm Exit.

What's the best method for dipping and acclimating these new coral?

I have 5 gallons of water that I just took out during an water change yesterday and CorAffix adhesive.

Right now the coral are in their little bags.

I have a bucket with a gallon of water (a heater keeping the water temp the same as the temp in my aquarium), and a small powerhead.

What are my next steps? Should I dip with the Coral Rx first or dip with the Flatworm Exit first? Does the power head need to be in the bucket while I'm dipping (it seems like it would be to much current??) or will swishing the coral a bit be sufficient to get any little creatures off?

Follow the directions on the bottle. I am unfamiliar with either dip you have. I always used crazy glue GEL to attach the corals where I want them, but I don't attach them until I'm sure they will be happy where I place them. I never used a power head in an acclimation container.
