I have a copper banded butterfly, flame angel and a coral beauty angel in a 125 gallon.

Would any of these fish bother clams ?

Completely dependent on the individual personalities. I had all three of those together in a 155 with clams and they never touched the clams or corals. Part of what helps is keeping them well fed.

The butterfly wiped out all my aptasia.I noticed a couple of aptasia came back and I was purposely not feeding mysis shrimp so the butterfly would eat the aptasia. Well I notice my new leather coral has been nipped at and I suspect it was the butterfly. So I now know what you mean about keeping them fed.
