What is wrong with my Rose Bubble Tip Anemone?

I have 2 bubble tip anemones. One is perfect no issues at all. The other one is looking like its dieing.

My water parameters are

S.G: 1.024

ph:8.0

ammonia: 0ppm

nitrite: 0ppm

nitrate:0-5ppm

calcium 420ppm

kh:9

I have a hang on the back refugium with a protein skimmer.

Lighting is a 24" T5 HO 4lamp fixture

I was feeding it Brine shrimp and Mysis shrimp. I just switched to Silversides that I chop into small pieces.

I can take more pictures when my daytime lights come on if needed.

Maybe the other is not getting enough light

Both anemones do not look good. The second one looks bleached. I would have to suspect poor lighting.

This is what they look with the Daytime lights on.

I still think the second one is on the bleached side. It's possible that the rose is expelling waste.
