Foxface, I need help i think

so i have had this foxface for 2 weeks in my 75 gallon tank and now has these small ich like spots but they are brown, what are they? and what should i do? he is still eating fine, his eyes are fine, he is still eating, and he is still his timid self.. please any other input would be helpful.

Can you post a picture?

My foxface is not a pure yellow and does have little speckles on him, I'm wondering if that's what you're seeing as well

yep need a pic,, could just be that he gets freaked out when you walk by the tank,, have you sat there for like an hour to see if the spots go away>?

well anyways i figured out the problem it was a flat worm and i moved a cleaner shrimp from my 30 gallon system to the bigger tank and i saw him cleaning off the foxface and now he is back to his same old self

thats what my lfs said but they are not always reliable but non the less the cleaner shrimp takes care of them rather quickly
