What's growing in my aquarium?

So, for the past few weeks my aquarium has been cycling in preparation of adding the fish. My measurements of salt and heat and perfect. But about 3 weeks after I began some kind of crystals have been developing on the ceiling on my tank. What are they, and what should I do about them? And can it harm my fish in the future? Thanks!

What's the definition of ' salt creep '? Thanks!

When saltwater gets continuously splashed on an area the salt crystals that grow when the water evaporates is called salt creep.

Thanks! Should I just scrape it off or do I add something into the water?
