Bubble Algae??

I bought a nice bubble coral, and it had a bit of bubble algae on it. I picked it all of (outside of tank) and now that it is in the tank I see some of it has come back and there is even some on the rock next to it...... Should I just keep picking it off? Is there something that eats it?

I have heard that Emerald Crabs eat it although I have never been successful with having them do it.

Rabbitfish eat it.  You can get ahead of it if you keep picking it off.  It will eventually not come back.
