CLEANERWRASS 001.JPG

impulsivly just bought a cleaner wrass and have never had a fish that has had shuch a warm welcome.  whith in 30 min of putting him in the tank he had started cleanning every fish, from the green chromis 1/3 his size, both clowns, to the flame angel that isnt to nice to any newcommers (the funniest one is the lmb that just sits there and opens his mouth).  he dose his "dance" where he chases his tail round and round and litteraly gets a lineup.

any one had one of these? any special feeding it requires (he will also eat mysisis, brine)? do they jump like all other wrasses ive tried to keep?

Hi, It is fun to watch them go from fish to fish. Mine will eat both brine and mysis shrimp. Had an outbreak of ich ,lost my powder blue tang but so far everyone else in the tank is ok. All the fish have definately been courting his services, they actually try to cut in line lol. I think the issue with ich would have been much worse without him. I have 3 cleaner shrimp. Since putting in the wrasse  the aren't as popular. Good luck and enjoy the antics of the fish vying for his services.wave.gif
