The Giesemann - Aqua Flora bulbs put out a very similar distribution of light across the spectrum with peaks in the lower blue range as well as green and red, just like the Aqua Science 15,000.  The Giesemann actually looks like a slightly better bulb to me.  Both are considered full spectrum bulbs.

Yes the Aqua Flora by Giesemann, the Aqua Blue Special by ATI and the Aqua Science 15,000 are all very close to being the exact same bulbs, or the manufacturers equivalent of one another going by what I see in their spectral graphs.  So really, it's hardly any different than the aqua blue special that you're already running.

I haven't seen em in person so I can't tell you what the color temperature looks like to the eye.  I'm just going by what I see in the data.  The Giesemann may have a slightly whiter look to it but would probably help bring out a wider range of color in the tank and possibly better growth as I think it has a slight advantage over the ATI in being considered a full spectrum bulb.  Since you already have the blue range pretty well covered with the Blue +'s and the other Blue Special then I think I'd go with the Giesemann Flora vs another ATI Blue Special if it were my choice.  Just my .02
