These are tank raised clowns. I got them a few hours ago. They came from the LFS. They have been in his clown tank that has high levels of copper and they have been in there for over a week.

The bottom one has 4 or so white dots around his gills and the top one has just one in the middle of his body. Both seem extremely healthy and happy.

Have they been fighting?    The bottom one seems to be missing some of its fins

Are the dots cottonylike or saltlike?

If cottony....look up lymphocystis....Are they in a qt?

They look like little grains of salt. And no, i have no QT. I am hesitant to assume ich...... i know the LFS tank is high in copper. I have purchased tons of stuff from him before.
