Mods here stink

What were you hoping to gain by making a generalization like that?

If you have an actual argument with someone - make it (in a factual and adult manner) - then let that person(s) respond likewise.

You look from your sig that you have lots of experience and possibly a lot that you can share with this board.

I might take you more seriously if you didn't come across as a 3 year old in need of a nap. JMO

Sorry to hear you feel that way. Of course the way your going about venting isn't quite right either. Many of us Mods have posted our emails and if you have questions you can ask us.

You could have started a thread like:
"Beth can you e mail me? my email addy is blea@blea.crom.

THen you can ask the mods through another mod about why something was done. You may get an answer and then again you may not depneding on the circumstance.

The route you took was shall we say a bit beneath the adult level.

Its a way to let the admin at Swf know that some of there mods are not that great I have also emailed the Admin.

I'm sorry that you feel the way you do...but without some info there is little I or anyone else can do. If you have a problem discuss the issue...don't make personal attacks that are vague and based on suggestions of improper acts.

I delete or edit posts that violate board policy...and I don't see a reason to explain my actions in most cases. Sometimes I do...most of the time I don't...if you want to know why posts are deleted or edited then read the policy...if you do or not is not my problem...trying to maintain board policy is something I do...insuring you know that policy is not a issue I concern myself with.

Bottom line...we have a decent/civil site for sharing of information and experiemce related to the hobby...if you like it here by all means stay...if not then simply leave...but I for one don't want to hear your whimper and whine!!!

Now...if there is a issue that needs addressed then bring that issue to light...or shut up and leave!

Thats my personal opinion on the situation and not established board policy!!!:thinking:

if you dont like how the people run this site there are other site out there . so go there and leave our mods alone we like them there here to help, the only threads that get deleted are not fish related like the yep thread which got reinstated to this new forum.
