Puppy!

I'm so excited, I just had to share....

Today SquishyFish surprised me by taking me out and getting a puppy... something I have been wanting for months. :joy:

The newest addition to our family... Dakota... a 7 week old Pomeranian puppy.

He does kinda look like a chow, but he's a pomeranian :) He only weighs about 2 pounds... :joy:

I have 2 somoyads and I love them.

My mom has a pom (whopping 16 pounds!)...and he's the sweetest little dog:) She would die if she saw this puppy, so I won't show her the pic...or she'll get ANOTHER one:)

Kreach ~ I named him in honor of his grandfather. The most beloved, loyal animal I've ever had. :) He's part husky/ and part german shepherd. I'll dig out a picture of him later. He is already quite large to be so young. How is your little bundle of joy doing? Oh the joys of housebreaking. :D

And things are going well with the puppy... right now the big hurdles are housebreaking and chewing on inappropriate objects (shoes, electrical cords :eek: ). He's making progress though... :yes:

Yeah..he is making progress. He will go to the back door to poop on the carpet instead of just anywhere in the house now.:rolleyes: At least he is learning that that is the direction he needs to poop.
