What do you try to keep your parameters at?

I know what I strive for, personally. But, what do you all like to keep your parameters at...

temp
salinity
nitrate
phosphate
calcium
alkalinity
magnesium
Etc if you keep up with it accurately.

temp: 78
salinity: 1.025
nitrate: <5
phosphate: <.032
calcium: 380+ (always runs a little low... dosing Tech A&B)
alkalinity: 12KG
magnesium: 1250+
PH: 8

Wow. Alkalinity is twelve kilograms?
I don't know what I was thinking in my last post... doh!!! I had dosed calcium and alkalinity earlier today, and just took a wild guess at those parameters. I was way off. This is a list of the tests I ran since my post:
Calcium: 490 ppm
Alkalinity: 7.7 dKH
Phosphate: 0.08
Nitrate: 0.25
Magnesium: 900 ppm (LOW!) I dosed 100mL tonight, and will do so daily until it's 1320 ppm. I haven't checked mag levels lately, so the low level explains the low calcium levels I've been seeing. I'll get it smoothed out in a few days...

I realized (tonight) that read the scale backwards on Magnesium. Red Sea kits can easily be confused. One kit has you measure what's left in the syringe, and another has you measure what's been used. I got the two mixed up. Last night it was not 900ppm, but was actually 1100ppm. Tonight it's 1160ppm. Tomorrow night I'm expecting it to be 1200ppm, and the night after 1260ppm, and the night after that 1320ppm. I'll probably stop and maintain it at 1320ppm...
