HELP!!! Aquamaxx HOB1 Broke!

So this happened last night! Only had it on my aquarium less than two weeks and this piece broke..... Is there anyway this can be fixed or am I completely screwed?!? Help Guys!!

I had a similar thing happen to my reef octopus skimmer. It didn't prevent the skimmer from working just couldn't clamp it on.

So what did you do? I cant use it of it doesn't hang on...

Weld-on #3 - always have a can of it on hand.

I have heard about weldon 16 from a guy at the lfs. Does this stuff work? Will it hold the protein skimmer? I'm just worried it will break again and fall this time

So what did you do? I cant use it of it doesn't hang on...

It stays on fine. The plumbing that goes over the side of the tank keeps it in place.

Plus 1 on the weldon 16 you can also use weldon 4 which is a little more watery
