Live Rock?

just wondering what type of rock most people are using these days? SWF still sells traditional rock harvested from the oceans, other sites are heavily pushing the eco-friendly types. Personally I like the look of the traditional rock but i'm not a fan of the hitchhikers that I've experienced on some in the past. I also like the idea of the Eco-friendly stuff, but I'm not sure if it looks as real, and am a little confused as to the colors, some seem to have actual coralline on them while I've seen others that have a synthetic coating of some kind. I'd prefer real coralline so it can spread to other surfaces of my tank.

Check BRS reef saver rock. It's real rock from the ocean but it's harvested from dry/dead sea beds. Then just get a few pieces of live rock that have the color you want to seed the tank with.
