14g biocube fish

I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to keep any combination of maroon clownfish dwarf flame angle copper banded butterfly or a yellow watchman goby in a 14 gallon biocube while they are still small and the upgrade the tank when they outgrow it

Of the 4 only the goby will work. The others all need way mote space even if they are alone.
