Worms? Good or bad in Aquarium?

I have these worms throughout my aquarium and want to know if they are good or bad. Look like bristle worms. They come out when I try and feed my Sexy Shrimp. That is all that I have in the tank right now and I do notice that even tere population is getting smaller. Started with a dozen and I now only see 4.

We need more info on said worms. Size,color....etc.

Turn off your blue lights and whites only as this will show in photo better.

There are bristle worms on fire worms I believe is what they are called.
Bristle worms = good
Fire worms = bad

About an inch to 3 inches long are they when stretched Here is a beeter pic of 3 I took out of tank.

They look like the good bristle worms as they have the half body colors. Hard to tell but I'm thinking good worms. Don't touch with bare hands as they have bristles and I heard it doesn't feel very good. They will help clean your tank,so toss them back. If you find one that is huge as heck and all bright red,let me know as that may be the nasty fire worm.

FYI I have a few in my sump and I'm sure there are some in my DT. However,mine are very small ,1/2" - 3/4"
