Algea, Diatoms & Cyano

Help please, I am dealing with ongoing issues.

65 Gallon 3 months old

O ammonia
O nitrites
Almost 0 nitrates
Alk 8
Phosphates 0 (running a silicates removal bag)

Cleaning my display tank glass almost daily. Thin layer of Diatoms on the sand. Chaeto in the Fuge has lots of diatom and Cyano in the sand bed of the Fuge.

Not sure what I am doing wrong?

Neither nitrates or phosphates are as low as they appear. The algae is using it up. Your tank is still young and will go through phases where it is really ugly. It hasn’t hit the point where it is stable that can take a good year.
