Am I ready for growing phytoplankton?

Here is a list of things that I'm thinking of buying to start culturing a species of phytoplankton called Nannochloropsis.
Air Controllers
Vinyl Airline Tubing 3/16 25'
Synthetic Sea Salt Reef Crystals 50 gallon mix
two 10 watt Mini Compact Bulbs Coralife Colormax 6700k
I already have the fixtures, the air pumps, 1 gallon plastic bottles for the phyto, and miracle grow for plants. So, is that all I need? Thanks!

Hi miracle grow will work great you have it all . mix the miracle grow in a one gallon jug but u only need 5 to 8 drops of it to you phyto. before you start, take your salt water that you mix up
and put each gallon throw the microwave to kill of all the microws that are in the water.If not you'll just be wasting your time .
