Are These Eggs?

Saw these today. Tomorrow I have to do a big water change due to my algae. The eggs are on my wave, water thingy. I know I can't leave them on there or they will get sucked through the fan. Any ideas on what I should do with them? Are they eggs? Any idea what kind? I would assume clowns or green chromis as they are the only fish I have that are in pairs.

Bubble algae I think. Eggs would be much smaller.
I looked up bubble algae and the color is wrong. I saw eggs that looked close to these and they were listed as unfertilized cardinal eggs. I do have one cardinal, sadly it's partner died a few weeks ago. SO not sure they are fertilized or not.
