Clowns acting weird !

I added my last two fish for my 20 gallon tall FOWLR tank, as I said in another thread. Before yesterday, one of the clowns had been acting oddly and now both are doing the same thing. The tank has two percula clowns, a purple firefish, a goby of watchmen, and a small flasher wrasse. The tank also has inverts.

Both clowns look healthy and eat well. But both are breathing a lot at the bottom of the tank now vigorously. One is in the middle at the front and the other in the left corner at the back. When I got them, they were a pair of mates. Earlier today, on the right pectoral fin of the clown in the back, I noticed a long thin string like piece of mucus. My parameters are in line and yesterday I just made a water change.

Has anybody got any ideas? Using Tapatalk 2 from my DROID RAZR
