Death of Green Chromis

Hi,

I've had an established reef tank, and noticed muni Blue/Green chromis passes away this evening.

There was no aggression, and he was the most active fish in the tank. Always eating and always swimming around.

He did have the brownish spots as per what I've posted in the image and he used to always swim with his mouth open.

Levels were all stable and always in check.

Any idea what it could be?

Looks a little like early stage if uronema marinum. It is a parasitic disease that chromes are very susceptible to. Bad thing is it can’t be eradicated from the tank like ich or velvet.
