That's a very interesting looking fish. I don't think I've encountered that one in the hobby yet. I'm going to wait to see if someone else chimes in.

It's a Pearlfish. Not sure where the name came from, as this fish, well.... This fish lives and eats inside the anus of sea cucumbers.
I surely bet your cucumber is glad he's out of there. There's no research that I've seen that determines if its parasitic or commensal. Either way, I would separate it permanently (in a different system) from the cucumber.
They're practically blind and will likely perish without a host cucumber. It is a cool fish, and if you wanted, see if your LFS would take him for someone that wanted an interesting fish. If you wanted to keep him, you could setup a 10gal species tank. Just would be a bit of work feeding him, and even then, his time alive might be short lived.
