U bet its fun.. its a Nikon D1 with a NIKKOR 105 mm macro lens. I also have a 35 - 70 mm and a 20 mm fixed. Flash is a speedlight SB-28DX.
I should have tons of pics tomorrow. Going to the Shedd in Chicago..
The only drawback with this camera so far is when the battery is low, it still works but not really. In other words it seems to work, flash, shutter and all. But picture comes out black. Make sure batteries are charged fully.

Can't wait to see some pics. 
One thing I do like is that folks assume that you are getting better shots just because of the expense of the camera when in fact it is the user. You have to have a nice canvas before you can paint a beautiful piece of artwork.
Are you going to be using a flash bracket? Every time I take a trip to the aquarium I seem to forget something important like my SC-17 cord.
