Kessil 150w tuna blue

Hello I have a 10g tank with softies and some lps but I recently bought a kessil 150w tuna blue that I haven't used yet. They were used when I bought them and pretty cheap so I got them. I know these light might be alittle strong for 20" by 14" tank. What intensity should I run this light on my 10g tank to make softies and lps grow good but not be too strong of a light?

Start low and slowly ramp up. The 150s were discontinued a couple years ago. They aren't quite as powerful as the 160s but should do fine for you. They are brighter than they appear so ramp slow.

How should I ramp it doesn't have its own ramp settings

Just start with low intensity and gradually increase it. If you can't adjust intensity, you can hang them high and slowly lower them over a couple weeks.
