What is the best Fluorescent lighting for an anemone?

I would not consider an anemone under any type of flourescent lighting. Would this be in conjunction with metal halides? If not, pass on the anemone. It will most likely die.

10,000k would be best because it has higher PAR rating, but you should upgrade very very soon. The anemone would only last a couple weeks under your lighting.

what type of florecent?! normal output?!!! i would not try it at all then, even for a couple weeks....
