i have a 55gal saltwater tank that i would like to pklace a lion fish and a puffer fish in. i have heard that puffers would not be good for any invert. is this true? if so, what about the lionfish? i would notmind having a lionfish and some other non-aggrressive fish if this would allow me to have inverts. however, i only have 20 lbs of live rock and i don't want to buy anymnore. is this too little live rock for any inverts? if so, i will just stick with a couple of fish like the puffer and lion and maybe a trigger. please let me know if you have any other ideas for other possible combinations with aq lionfish. that is the only fish i am positively sure i have to have. thank you

If the lionfish is what your sure about, then build your system around him. Which means I suggest a fish-only tank. Then you can add the trigger and puffer if you have the room. Remember, these are the carnivores of the deep, so no small fishes or inverts would be best.
