All the fish we talk about are full grown and unbelievable.
My ? is...they have a 75g or so with about 100+ perc clowns.

That's standard procedure for clownfish - those things are tank raised and most likely all from the same brood. It isn't the ideal situation for them but its the norm. Most likely they will sell the majority of those fish within a few weeks anyway...
The tanks are in a store in the casino, quite a place, though all the corals and stuff are fake, just the fish are alive, it would be quite a place if they had live reefs, nonetheless worth a trip.
