Orange Crush acan price?

lol...thanks...the lionfish was kind of a last second purchase...i was walking by the tank that he was in and i saw the beautiful yellow on him and the worker there said that he was eating frozen...so i picked him up to replace my last fuzzy(went carpet surfing)...
Does anyone know if they are orange crush or not???

Im about 75% sure they are.

actually i dont think that is the real "orange crush" that is sold at high prices. these seem to have a tinge of nice orange to them, but OC is almost all orange, with other hughes / tints of orange , etc splashed throughout. it is still a nice piece though, grats on the purchase.

The original 'orange crush' acan echinata is all orange with a few streaks of brown, and brown polyp eyes. There was later another morph called green eyed orange crush that was all orange with green eyes. The orange/green morphs like yours are routinely called 'rainbow echinata'. Nice piece, and a good price. ;)

Thank you...when i was at the store i wasnt sure...this is the first acan that i have ever owned...i am sad to see that my LFS isn't very truthful...but maybe that is why they are going out of business at the end of this month...

Nice piece. I'm glad you're happy with it - OC or no OC.
Here in SoCal, you can usually get a 3-5 head frag of orange crush for about $30 from fellow reefers.

Orance crush acans aren't expensive. Tyree Agent Orange acan is expensive. It's orange all around and the mouths may appear somewhat green.
