Topfin liquid saltwater concentrate

Anyone ever use this? It's about $1 a galon... Looks like it mixes quicker so you can put it in instantly.

I've never used it but it seems like it would only be cost efficient for small tanks. Plus it's petsmarts store brand stuff so I don't think I could trust the quality.

Topfin or Petsmart should have revues on it. What do they say?
I don't know if I would trust it. I say better safe than sorry.

I would love to see an analysis of the final concentrations of ions after mixing with RODI. I would be very concerned about the possibility (probability) that calcium would precipitate out at high concentration, so the final soluble calcium concentration might be low. It's too late tonight to look up the precipitation point for calcium, so I can't be sure, though.
