What is your favorite Trilogy?

LoTR got my vote as well.
I liked how they set out from the beginning to make all three movies. None of the "wow, we made money, let's do another one" kind of feel that so many trilogies and sequels have to me.

i love the orginal star wars and lord of the rings. huge dino buff so jurassic park is up there too. but without a doubt it has to be the Godfather.

I would've voted Star Wars as well.... Back to the future was close 2nd for me -- others on the list had crappy sequels... but the Bourne movies rocked from start to finish and I'm not even a Damon fan.

i am gonna have to agree with this. tolkein was a genius and he is probably one of the people i want to talk to when i die.
the book is amazing, and peter jackson did a good job of doing the movies. cant wait for the hobbit to come out.

Never seen the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I watched like half an hour of the first one and fell asleep. Someone told me they suck. Now that I see that it is winning, it's time to give them a second chance!

I have never seen them either. I too got board. The itchy remote finger got the better of that movie.

+2, and the Potter's too. Just not a fan of that 'fantasy realm.'
I guess because it seems like there's always someone more powerful, more bad***. Like they just make up their powers so they go along, "I can do 100 damage. Well, I'm better because I can do 200 damage. Wait, I actually have a super special power that I can do 500 damage."

Star Wars is my all-time fave, but I chose Lord of the Rings because it was up there.
I too fell asleep the first time I tried to watch the first and second movies, but after getting through them I can appreciate the trilogy from begining to end.
