You can try for example... a lose flat rock? super gluing small frags all over the rock.. leaving space in between frags... will fill in .. some zoas grow faster than others...

if you just let them be.. not moving them often ... just let them be.. they will grow faster that way.
other things... place them up the highest you can.... little bit of flow.. feeding might help, but not all of them do
