PM Sent Yes, my mistake, on my light the wires coming in are red and black. Yours are clearly red and white! Your diagram is correct. Just make sure you splice the cables from the fixture to the ballast correctly and don't hook a ground to hot.

Has anyone hooked one up? what is one of these "bulbs" comparable to in terms of light output? One 48" t5? 48" vho? 96w power compact? etc... Thanks for your experiences, and a side by side comparison picture would be awesome.
