what I did when my clown had the same problem was soak all there food in zoe/zoecon vitamins and fed him a varried diet between mysis,flake,and pellet and in 3 days it cleared right up. just my .02

I would not get any type of shrimp with a pseudochromis. my buddy had one and no matter what size shrimp he put into his tank it killed it. just my .02

looks like pop-eye. keep water levels good and soak all food in zoe or zoecon which are vitamins and should clear up in a few days. If not then you will need a Q/T to treat with meds. My clown had pop-eye and after about 4 days of feeding mysis soaked in zoe it cleared right up. Just my .02

mine took about 4 days to start to open and now 1 year later they are growing crazy.
