We name our fish and never had bad luck with them. lol Our clown fish are named Coral and Marlin, our tang is Blade, the coral beauty is named beauty, our sand sifting star fish is named float, and our cleaner shrimp are mr and mrs jauk.

We got this last night, was told it was a soft coral, but they didnt tell me what it was called ... anyone have any idea? Its got a tough texture, almost plastic like, but not quiet plastic. LOL its very firm, dont really move much with water flow ...

he said it was a soft coral ... it feels sort of like plastic, but its not, just kind of has that texture to it .... still thinking sponge ???

good start for your first tank. Took us a while to get our tank going. lol were still new, only 8 months into it. Maybe some more rock, a rose anemone would add some lovely color. And one of my favorties is a bubble coral, is you got the lighting for those kind of corals. :D

ty very much for that thread. That was kind of my thought on it too. Our tang seems to be very happy, and stress free. We even just moved 2 weeks ago, and had to move this tank, and im very happy to report that everything in our tank is doing wonderful. :D
