I fought for my big tank and have been through alot stress and money wise lost every single fish including a powder blue tang i had over 2 years. Was very bummed and considered getting rid of it but i am now rejuvanated and am going full throttle to get this tank back as nice as it was at one time.

If you lose everything fish wise in a 150 rearrange your tank and am so anxious to get fish again cause you almost think your startin over. Spend so much money over and over again trying to make your tank perfect. Battle algae to the death no matter how bad it got and won!!!!!!!!!! Happy reefing...

Prob ich. It reproduces rapidly and can become a real problem. I know from experience sadly enough. It will start affecting your fish if it keeps reproducing as more and more ich are free swimming in the water and they will go straight to whatever fish ar ein the tank. Good luck.

I've seen my cleaner shrimps cleaning away and if it is minor there is a chance they would help but there is no guarantee. Day 2 still no nitrites i want to put him in but am going away this weekend and doing the hypo it would probably be better if he can just hold on till sun. That way i can closely monitor it. Also i can make sure the tank water is good but so far so good with the new hypo tank.

Day no nitrites maybe the water sand and rock made a huge difference nitrates are about 20. I'm gonna keep checking but if it keeps going like this i can put him in sooner rather later. He's hanging tough i didn't know powder blues were this tough.
