yep, acetone will help. Just remember that the acetone will wash all oils off you skin at the same time allowing the CA to stick even better the second time.

Run your fingers thru your hair (assuming you still have some) before you touch the glue, the light coating of oils will help.... Learned this building RC airplanes for years.

ATI 6x54 over my 5ft long 120, two years old and it's still awesome... 6 to 8 inches above the water and I do not run a chiller but my heater does run quite a bit.
