I need to replace my Compact Flouresecent fixture ( I think a ballast went out) and Im not familiar with the T5 & 6 lighting, what are the differences between HO T5 & T6 and Compact Flouresecent?
I have a 75 gal with LR and only a coupe of fish right now.
I have a Coralife 48" with two white and two blue bulb. I replaced the bulbs and the whites flicked and the stopped working. What should be checked from here? or can these be sent back for repair?
It's called A Hawaiian Tattoo. It will eventually dissolve. I ran my the side of my knee into a couple of urchins while diving in Kauai last time. Hurts like hell and may swell some but not a big deal.

I want to try the Salifert phosphate eliminator but the directions for testing are a bit confusing. Do you test water from the skimmer cup? or use the foam ?
When using Salifert to lower phosphates how can you test the water? Do you take the water from the protein skimmer to test it? The direction on the bottle are a bit confusing.

I've got a marron clown & a foxface and the puffer doesnt bother them. However I think if there was something small enough he would eat it. The puffer is a big pig!!
