After searching the net I am finding that the PFO 150w HQI ballast, pendant, and choice of bulb comes up to around $300. Is this about right or is there somewhere cheaper that I am missing? Thanks

my clown gobies get along great. I have a pair in my 125 and they will chase each other sometimes but for the most part they perch themselves on corals or your glass and dont mess with each other much.

When dealing with magnetic ballasts, what is the main difference between pulse and probe? I still pondering whether to get 3x150w HQI or 3x250w magnetic ballasts. Kip, recommended the magnetic over the electronic ballsts but im not sure of the advantages or disadvantages of the pulse compared...
