I've had a flame in my reef for about 8 months. He took out zoos and palys but besides that I haven't seen him go after anything else. I have galaxea,frog spawn,torch, colt, and a acan. Never seen him bother them. I also have a majestic angel and he's the same.Hope this helps!

Update: Well after about a hour it stopped its spawning. But it was amazing to watch. But little did I know. The next night it started spawning again! It released eggs for about 45 mins this time. But no more spawning since then. I don't know if any of the eggs made it or if most got sucked out...

So the lights are off in my tank and my galaxea coral is "shooting out" these small white eggs? At the rate of 1-3 every 5 to 10 seconds. I have no idea what this is. I've never seen it before. I've had the galaxea coral over a year. Any thoughts on what this could be?

I doubt another company will release a led light. I heard that other companies have similar lighting systems but with what just happened with pfo they're holding off on releasing them..

Yeah it was over the led patent. I forget the name of the company but they are pretty big and they have numerous military contracts,etc. They sued pfo and I guess the legal fees got to be to much... I doubt we'll ever be able to get replacement power supplies from their supplier but who knows

No I don't plan on keeping the goldflake in my 50 forever. I do have a 240 gallon it will go into. But it's only 2 inches long so for now it is fine I took the clown out and put him in another tank because he was being to aggressive.
