Actually, the do make VHO in 20" bulb lenght, but it's very rarely seen. BUT... If you have a 15H, which is 24" long I believe then you may add VHO.

Most LPS and almost every Soft coral will fare fine. I wouldn't recommend SPS with the lower amount of light. Also, a condy anemone will do just fine.
