You're going to have to be a little more specific....what kind of lights? (wattage, color, output), perhaps a picture or two would help...

I have a 90g open top, and I add at least a gallon a day. So for me, 7 to 10 gallons a week is normal.

Before adding any supplements, you need to test for them to see what's needed. I would do the water change first, more than likely, you'll replenish what is needed in your tank depending on your brand of salt mix. Maybe someone else will chime in to tell you what levels of what you need.

I have to agree with Jstdv8. Once you start seeing white spots on the fish, more than likely the gills are already saturated with them, and just because you don't see it on the other fish, doesn't mean that their gills aren't infected. QT all fish for at least 8 weeks, leave your DT fishless...
