Just got back from LFS they had a tank with sand fleas in it. They look kewl just wandering if anyone knows about them. An are they safe to put in a tank with DSB.Any Info would be nice Thanks

Just for the record. I don't like how they make my tank look.They're all over the glass in my overflow,my clam is covered with them,my Lr everything.They make the tank look ugly. I tried brushing off my clam to get ride of them ,but they came back.Yes I did it with the clam out of the water...

Help I have what I've been told are Q Tips sponges.They are all over my tank.An I want them gone does anyone know how to get rid of them?Or what might eat them.

Have you tried fighting Conchs for your sand bed I have 3 in my 65 and they keep it clean.Works ok IMO check it out for yorself.

Yes they do have what looks like a cap to a feather duster thou they are clear. Will they hurt the clam?

I have a seaclone skimmer that was putting out a small amount of bubbles. I took a pair of the Other halfs panty hose. Cut the foot or toe area out and used it on the overflow of my skimmer. No more bubbles.

1) How often does a cleaner shrimp molt? Mine has molted twice in about 2 1/2 weeks is this normal? 2) Will an Emerald crab hurt or eat pulsing Xenia? I have found mine lately in the middle of my Xenia,and I am worried about it hurting it.

I only have a mag 3 pump,but mine seems to run ok It's hard plummed to a point.Then I use hose to my return line.I also screwed it down to the stand floor and it seems to work alright not much noice at all.Don't know if this will help any,but heck it can't hurt.
